I drove from Delaware to San Francisco in 1968 when I was 7 to see my first show. I can't believe my Mom and Dad let me have the car for a week. I had to leave early because I had homework.

Bastage!!
You could have swung by and picked me up on the way.
I only lived 4 miles away you know! The fact that I was still in diapers at the time is no excuse.
Just think how much cooler I would be today if I had gotten on the bus in '68 instead of '84.
